Dearly beloved husband of Janet, much loved dad of Rowan, Howard and Roddy and a treasured grandad and great grandad.
The funeral service will take place at Lower Wyke Moravian Church, BD12 9AE on Thursday 22nd August at 11.00am.
Refreshments will be served in the church hall from 12 noon, prior to committal at Park Wood Crematorium at 2.15pm.
Family flowers only please. Donations, in lieu, will be gratefully received for Kidney Research UK. A box will be available at the church and at the crematorium.
